Do you accept any region of video games or systems?

We only accept North American (NTSC) region games, systems, and accessories.

Do you accept third-party controllers?

We only accept original controllers made by the console manufacturer (1st party OEM controllers).

Do you buy digital games?

No, we do not buy digital games. Additionally, we cannot pay extra for systems that have downloaded games on them.

Can I sell games that aren’t in the case?

Yes, you can sell games without their cases. For some games, we will apply a deduction if the case is missing, but for others (most cartridge games), we will pay full price. For full details, please see our deductions page

What if I can’t find my item?

If you can’t find your item and it’s a Nintendo, Xbox, Sony, or Sega system, an original game (not a reproduction or unlicensed), or an OEM controller, please let us know through our contact us page and we’ll try to get it added.

What if I don’t test all of my items before sending them?

That’s okay. We test all items upon receipt. If any items are found to be defective, we will adjust your quote price accordingly.

How long is my quote good for?

Your quote is valid for 7 days after you receive your confirmation email. If more than 7 days have passed and you haven’t sent your order, the quoted prices may change. Please contact us if your order is over 7 days old and you would still like to submit it.

What if my order has multiple boxes worth of items?

No problem! You can either create a separate order for each box if you know ahead of time what fits in each box, or simply let us know and we’ll send you as many additional shipping labels as you need.

Can I drop off my order at your warehouse in Queens?

Absolutely! Please send us an email or contact us, and we’ll arrange a local drop-off for you.

How long will it take for my order to get delivered to you?

Packages typically take 3-5 business days to arrive at our warehouse.

What if my games are in poor condition or broken?

If there are any issues with your items, we will adjust our prices based on our Deductions policy (see our Deductions page for details). If the deductions reduce the total order value by more than 10%, we will send you an email with a new offer. Otherwise, we will pay as soon as the order is processed.

How fast will I get paid?

We know fast payment is important to you! Once we receive your items and process them without any issues, most customers are paid within 2 business days.

How will I get paid?

We currently offer payment through Venmo, PayPal, or check by mail. Checks take around 10 days to get delivered, so if you want your payment quickly, choose Venmo, Paypal.

Do I have to pay any fees to receive payment?

No. We cover all payment fees.
